Look, there's plenty of restaurants in Vancouver claiming they're the next big thing. But here's what actually matters - our Chef Marcus has spent 15 years perfecting dishes that make people pause mid-conversation.

We source from local farms because it just tastes better (and yeah, it's the right thing to do). The halibut? Caught fresh from BC waters. Those heirloom tomatoes? They're from a family farm in Langley that's been around longer than we have.

Come hungry, leave happy. That's pretty much been our motto since day one.

Cauliflower puree, crispy pancetta, microgreens. Marcus insists on getting these from his supplier at 5am - they're that fresh.

Foraged Mushroom Tart

Truffle oil, aged parmesan, arugula. Vegetarian and honestly one of our most ordered dishes. Go figure.
