Look, there's plenty of restaurants in Vancouver claiming they're the next big thing. But here's what actually matters - our Chef Marcus has spent 15 years perfecting dishes that make people pause mid-conversation.
We source from local farms because it just tastes better (and yeah, it's the right thing to do). The halibut? Caught fresh from BC waters. Those heirloom tomatoes? They're from a family farm in Langley that's been around longer than we have.
Come hungry, leave happy. That's pretty much been our motto since day one.
Menus change with the seasons - keeping things fresh and interesting
Cauliflower puree, crispy pancetta, microgreens. Marcus insists on getting these from his supplier at 5am - they're that fresh.
Truffle oil, aged parmesan, arugula. Vegetarian and honestly one of our most ordered dishes. Go figure.
Avocado, sesame, wonton crisps, yuzu dressing. Clean, light, and perfect if you're pacing yourself.
Basil oil, balsamic reduction, sourdough. Simple but done right - that's kinda the whole point.
Saffron risotto, grilled asparagus, lemon beurre blanc. This one's been on the menu for three years because people literally won't let us take it off.
Truffle mash, roasted vegetables, red wine jus. Cooked exactly how you want it - we're serious about that.
Cherry gastrique, confit leg, sweet potato puree. Chef's favorite - he'll probably come out and ask you how it was.
Parmesan, herbs, white truffle oil. Vegan option available - just as good, promise.
Quinoa pilaf, roasted brussels sprouts, citrus reduction. BC salmon, maple from Quebec - whole lot of Canada on one plate.
Vanilla gelato, raspberry coulis. Warm, gooey, and yeah - it's as good as it sounds.
Italian meringue, fresh berries. Light and zingy - perfect if you want something less heavy.
Classic vanilla, caramelized sugar crust. You get to crack it yourself - oddly satisfying.
Changes monthly - ask your server what we're doing this time. Always worth trying.
We've got around 200 labels from all over - Okanagan Valley, France, Italy, California, you name it. Our sommelier Sarah actually knows her stuff and won't make you feel dumb for asking questions.
Rotating selection of whites, reds, and sparklings. Usually 8-10 options that pair well with whatever's on the menu.
We're big supporters of local wineries. Some of these bottles you won't find anywhere else in the city.
Got something to celebrate? We've got vintages that'll make it memorable. Sarah can walk you through them.
